A: Are you factory?

Yes, we are factory. We are a frofessional producer of stainless steel tube with more than 20 years experience.

B: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, about 45 mins from Guangzhou airport..All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us, we will pick you up.

C: What are your major products?
Our main products are welded stainless steel pipes,the most competitive product is stainless steel slotted pipe.

D: What materials do you have?
We have the material of stainless steel 304, 316L and Duplex 2205.

E: Where is your raw material comes from?
Raw material comes only from suppliers who are top-1 class steel in China. Good product is originates from the accurate control of the quality of the steel.

F: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

We promise that the products supplied will be of superb quality. We always put quality in the first place at every step in our product development and manufacturing. All staffs are the quality inspector during the production.

G: What are your major markets?
Our main markets are Europe, Australia, South Africa, Middle East and America now.

H: Do you provide samples?
Yes, We do. Sample for free, customers pay for express charges.

J: Do you have minimum quantity requirement?
Yes, we have different minimum quantities for different product series in trial orders and repeating orders. They also depend on the items you want. For details, please directly contact any of our sales staff.

K: What are your terms of payment?
We accept the payment of T/T, LC, PayPal, West Union, etc.

L: What is your normal delivery lead-time?
Our delivery time is from 7 days to 45 days base on your quantity. Normally for 1×40‘ container is 30 days for the standrad size. However, upon customers’ request, we always make delivery as early as possible.
